 What if I live in Nanaimo and I want delivery to my home?

You’re in luck! Our delivery van is available to service Nanaimo residents and will deliver the items you want right to your door.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Depending on the shipping option chosen, orders take 5 days to arrive (average).

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Canada Post for all standard-sized packages and UPS or FedEx for all packages over the Canada Post limit of 66 lbs.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes, of course. Because we use Canada Post for shipping we can send orders to any P.O. Box nationwide.

 

Can I get free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $199.99

 

Is my privacy protected in the shipping process?

Yes, all orders are shipped in blank boxes to protect your privacy and the value of the contents inside your package. Packages too large for boxes will be shrink-wrapped in black plastic to obscure view of it’s contents. We do not share any of our customers’ personal information with any third party.

 

What is your policy for damaged goods?

Please email pictures of the damaged goods to info@hubcityhydroponics.com with your phone number, and we will give you a call back within 24 hours.

What if an item I would like to order is temporarily out of stock?

We will get in touch with you right away and let you know how long it will take to get in. We can either wait to ship, cancel the out of stock product, or ship with two different shipments.

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive in the allotted time?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the time-frame we have provided to you upon purchase please contact us by email or phone with your order number and we will address the problem immediately.

 

Will I receive a hard-copy manifest or invoice with my order?

Hub City Hydroponics will supply a hard copy of your invoice in the shipment. Otherwise, you can print your invoices through our website once you have logged on to your account.
